In consideration of participating as vendor personnel at the Event, I hereby agree that I, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release and forever discharge and hold harmless Producer and all of its related entities and affiliates, for any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, injury, death or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of any person or entity, however caused, arising from or in any way related to my participation in Ten Mile Creek Revival (the Event) and all activities associated there with any and all rights and claims that I may have against the persons or organization affiliated with the Event and Producer and any and all injuries suffered by traveling to or from or while participating in any vendor activity associated with Ten Mile Creek Revival & Black Oak Ranch. I further consent to the unrestricted use by Producer and/or any person authorized by them of any photographs, recordings, interview, videotapes, motion pictures or similar visual or auditory recording of me created in connection with the Event.


Vendor spaces are 10' wide X 20' deep. We do not provide shade structures, tables, or chairs. Please bring everything you may need for your booth. While enjoying this lovely landscape please keep in mind that the ground is uneven so watch your step. Additionally, your booth space may not be level and may be in the direct sun for a portion of the day. Summertime in Mendocino County is beautiful, but can be quite hot in the daytime and cool in the evening, so please come prepared. There is limited lighting throughout the venue at night so it's a good idea to carry a flashlight. If you encounter critters that may be deemed hazardous, please notify security.


The Event reserves the right to make all vendor placements. You agree to follow all instructions given by Event management staff including, but not limited to, booth placements, camping, and parking. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the Event.

All applicants agree to the above vendor terms and the event terms & conditions. Once you are accepted, you will be required to sign a vendor agreement upon arrival on site. This agreement will be sent via email as well for your review. Your staff will also be required to sign a waiver upon arrival to site.
