Ruthie Foster mixes a wide palette of American song forms, from gospel to blues to folk and soul. She is beloved by the Kate Wolf Music Festival community and we are thrilled to welcome her back to Black Oak Ranch.

Brokedown in Bakersfield is a collective of acclaimed West Coast artists joining forces in a tribute to the Bakersfield sound: California country music made raw and rocking spiked with twang, sweetened with heart-felt harmonies.

All-women string band, Della Mae, is one of the most charismatic and engaging roots bands out there. Their mission is to improve opportunities for women and girls through advocacy, mentorship, and performance.

A powerfully gifted musician, Jake Blount's music is rooted in care and confrontation. Jake speaks directly to the profound ways African Americans have shaped the amorphous categories of roots music and Americana. 

Lebo & Friends will be playing a special set of Dylan & The Dead tunes, plus more! This late night set will feature an all-star lineup of friends from the festival. Lebo is known for his musicianship and irresistible charm. 

Black Oak Ranch veterans and Northern California’s outlaw music bards bring an incomparable fusion of bluegrass/old time, southern rock, and old school jam. Expect their original music and a special signature set.

Featuring Sarah Nutting & Karisha Longaker of MaMuse, and Mamadou Sidibe, Walter Strauss, and Brian Rice of Fula Brothers. FulaMuse is a double dose of heart poured over rhythms to uplift the body and soul.

Cristina Vane's multi-instrumental performances are mesmerizing. Her repertoire includes her signature take on blues and rock, as well as country blues picking, old folk guitar styles, and old-time bluegrass music.

Emerging as a band in 2021, Broken Compass Bluegrass has already been recognized for their tight arrangements, tasteful playing, and distinguished songwriting. Welcome back to the Black Oak Ranch!

As rising stars in the West Coast Americana scene, The Real Sarahs have distinguished themselves as skillful harmony singers and evocative songwriters, weaving a magical tapestry of uptempo folk music.

Ashleigh Flynn & the Riveters are an all-female roots band from Portland. Elmore Magazine lauded their live show as “a glowing, spirited hootenanny that gives the people what they want - a rip-roaring good time." A true musical homage to "Rosie."

Casual Country comprises some of the Bay Area's finest musicians, with many hailing from the legendary Terrapin Crossroads. Their brand of high-energy country music draws from traditional Texas swing all the way to cosmic country.

Clan Dyken continues to refine the tribal-funk-eco-folk-rock-hippy-soul music while taking us on an incredible

journey into the heart of how we can all contribute to society’s positive evolution.

J.B. Barton blends country, folk, blues, and rock, drawing inspiration from icons like Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan. His evocative lyrics and soulful melodies mark him as a rising star in the Americana music scene. Stay tuned for the release of his debut record!

Jeff Jones' sound is a fusion of rock, blues, and R&B, and a direct reflection of Jones himself. Warm easygoing, and genuine, he embodies the feeling of the music he makes. Don't miss his live performance.

The Sound Immersion Experience with Gongs and Singing Bowls helps to balance and restore energy in your body. The healing vibrations pass through your body, opening blockages and allowing your mind to find peace within the sound.
